Service ChargeVariable per-stay charge covering the provision of towels/linen and end-of-stay cleaning:
Up to 8 nights - £100; 9-14 nights - £160; 15-21 nights - £220; over 21 nights - £260
Stays of more than 8 nights include a weekly apartment clean and change of towels/bed linen
Security DepositA £200 refundable security deposit is required
Parking PermitIf required, we provide guests with a parking permit that allows free parking for one vehicle in the car park adjacent to the Aspire Building - we make no charge for this facility
Returning Guest DiscountA £10 per night discount is offered to returning guests
Third-Party WebsitesGuests who book using third-party websites (such as Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, etc) will incur additional fees charged by those websites

Payment Schedule

Guests due to arrive within 6 weeks are required to complete their rental and security deposit payment within 3 days of receiving their invoice.  Requested dates will be provisionally reserved until payment is received.

Guests due to arrive in more than 6 weeks are required to pay a 20% deposit within 3 days of receiving their deposit invoice.  Guests will receive a balance invoice for their rental balance and security deposit 5 weeks before arrival.

Credit/Debit Cards Payments

Wave_SmallAll guest payments are normally taken by credit or debit card only.  We use the secure online card processor Wave to handle all our payments; consequently we do not see or hold any of the card details of the person making the payment.

Wave are able to take payment using Visa, Mastercard or American Express issued cards.

Payment by UK Bank to UK Bank Transfer

We are not able to take rental payments by cash or cheque, though guests may complete payment by bank transfer if it is more convenient – just please let us know.
